   • In accordance with art. 6 sec. 1 letter f we process personal data for the purpose necessary to implement the legitimate interests of the Administrator (monitoring the facility to ensure security, adapting services to the requirements of guests, recovering receivables).
4. In order to ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations that are intended to prevent unauthorized persons from accessing data. We control their implementation and constantly check their compliance with the relevant legal acts - the Personal Data Protection Act, the Act on the provision of services by electronic means, as well as all types of implementing acts and acts of Community law.
5. Personal Data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where the provisions of law authorize the Administrator to process personal data on the basis of the provisions of law or for the purpose of implementing the agreement concluded between the parties.
