We’ve created a truly exceptional place for you. Each of our intimate houses has been designed to offer a sense of comfort, privacy and luxury in every detail.
We offer elegant interiors furnished with exotic wood furniture, designer bathrooms with a bathtub and a panoramic mountain view, allowing you to admire the Beskid landscapes even during a relaxing bath.
The houses also feature exceptionally comfortable premium hotel beds, created for true rest and peaceful sleep surrounded by nature. Very often, in the morning, while still lying in bed, you can watch deer walking around the houses. They have become the symbol of Deer Hills and give this place its unique character. Deer also regularly appear near the terraces, allowing our guests to experience the closeness of nature almost within arm’s reach.
Each house has a private terrace and its own outdoor relaxation area – available exclusively for you. There is an outdoor whirlpool bathtub or a garden hot tub, as well as a private sauna used only by the guests of that particular house. No rush, no crowds and no need to share this space with anyone.
Guests also have access to a fully equipped kitchen, elegant porcelain and glassware, a set of soft white towels, bathrobes, premium cosmetics and a carefully prepared minibar. Fast internet and a large TV complete the experience, allowing you to combine relaxation with the full comfort of a modern stay.
We’ve created all of this so that you can feel truly special – surrounded by nature, silence and mountain landscapes, yet just moments away from attractions such as Lake Żywieckie and the most beautiful corners of the Beskids.

Welcome to the zone of silence and relaxation
On most of the spacious and covered balconies, next to furniture and deckchairs made of exclusive teak wood, we have introduced Finnish saunas for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. The outdoor terrace will lead you straight to the garden tub, which can be a small pool or a giant bathtub with the possibility of heating the water to 40 degrees Celsius.
Lying in a very comfortable hotel bed, you can admire the view of the mountains, just like while bathing in our double bathtub, located in the bathing room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to arrange your daily meals yourself, and the dining room allows you to celebrate them comfortably.
