Although Deer Hills is located in a normally functioning area, where residents go about their everyday lives, it is precisely this naturalness that creates the unique character of the place. You can hear birds singing, the sound of the wind, the occasional barking of dogs, a passing tractor or distant sounds from a sawmill – but all of this forms a peaceful, harmonious landscape that cannot be compared to city noise.
